Agency OS · quiet track

For independent insurance agents who'd rather build than maintain.

The same system I run, adapted for a one-producer shop. Renewal engine, email triage, commission reconciliation, Morning Brief, and a private Slack for the cohort.

$297/month · one producer · 8 agencies per cohort

I've been running this in my own agency for 18 months. It's not a product-product yet — it's a small cohort that gets the same system I use, plus me on Slack, plus monthly office hours. A slightly-different posture from the rest of the site: operator-to-operator, not reader-to-writer.

What's inside

  • Renewal engine. 60 days out, 45, 30, 15. Auto-queued, client-aware, escalates what actually matters.
  • Email triage. Categorize, draft replies, flag the 3 that actually need you.
  • Commission reconciliation. Carriers → Notion → your P&L. No more spreadsheets.
  • Morning Brief for producers. Ranked by consequence, in Slack at 6:15.
  • EZLynx companion. Browser extension + report pipelines for the parts EZLynx doesn't do.
  • Proposal kit. The HTML proposal templates I send to clients. Carrier-agnostic, swap-and-go.
  • Agency SOPs & playbooks. The actual docs that run my book — copy what fits.
  • Private cohort Slack. Me + 7 other agents. Monthly office hours. Real questions, real answers.

Who it's not for

  • Captive agents (the system assumes you control your own stack).
  • Agencies with more than 10 producers (different problem, different tool).
  • Hands-off buyers (this is a build, not a SaaS — you'll configure it).

This is only linked from the footer. On purpose — Agency OS is the quiet track. If you're here, you found it.
