I've been selling insurance, leading teams, and building agencies since 2000. I'm not a retired guru selling courses from a beach. I still run my agency. I still talk to clients. I still lose deals and learn from them.

The book came from a simple frustration: I watched talented agents get crushed because they were trained to compete on price, or worse, to make "value pitches" that sound great in a seminar but fall flat in someone's living room.

So I wrote down everything I actually do. The stuff that works. Not the stuff that sounds good on a stage.
